Where Will You Live in DC?
You can call Georgetown’s Capitol Campus apartment building home whether you’re a graduate or undergraduate student. Located steps from the campus’s academic buildings, 55 H is both a comfortable residence and a lively community. It’s been a big hit with residents since it first opened in 2022 — but graduate students and undergraduate seniors can also opt to live off-campus. The Gewirz Student Center provides apartment-style housing for up to 290 Law Center students, prioritizing first year J.D. students.

Lincoln Park is a more serene option that’s still close to the downtown bustle. It’s full of fascinating DC history, beautiful greenspaces and plenty of spots for eating, shopping and strolling.
NoMa
Formerly an industrial area, NoMA (North of Massachusetts Avenue) is a popular place to live — not just for its proximity to the Capitol Campus, but also for its green spaces, art installations and murals, and a blossoming dining scene that includes the popular food hall Union Market.
H Street Corridor
A walkable, low-rise neighborhood that also has great bus access, H Street was once known for its music scene. Today, you’ll find everything you need right here, from the local hardware store and farmer’s market to diverse cuisines and a growing nightlife.
