Urgent Requests
If there is a life-threatening emergency (gas leak, smoke, fire, etc.), immediately call DPS (202-662-9325) – do not submit a work request.
To report a plumbing, heating/cooling or other urgent repair request, call 202-662-9330.
After normal business hours, please call 202-662-9325 and ask them to contact the engineer on duty for you.

Utility Outage Request Form
All pre-planned outages on Capitol Campus require submission by your designated contact from Georgetown, SSC, or ENGIE at least 5 business days before the intended work start date. The Utility Outage Request System is a web-enabled interface that provides a user-friendly web form to submit outage requests. This initiates a collaborative review process encompassing safety permitting, scheduling, approval, and advance notification to the campus community and relevant stakeholders. In case of emergency or unplanned outages, immediate notification should be provided to the facilities management office using the contact information provided.
